This time, Samsung is focusing on bringing AI features and capabilities to its flagship devices, taking it a step further from the already impressive technology found in the Galaxy S23 series.

New AI Features - The Galaxy AI
One of the most exciting aspects of the Samsung Galaxy S24 is the introduction of new AI features. Samsung has been working closely with Google Cloud to integrate advanced AI technology into their smartphones. As per the Samsung website, the AI features will remain free until 2025. After this period, Samsung will introduce charges for these new AI features, which means you will need to subscribe to the AI services like ChatGPT. Samsung did not yet unveil prices.
Chat Assist:
This feature can translate messages, rewrite messages in a different tone before sending them, and even spell-check your texts. It's like having a personal AI assistant for your messaging.
Live Translate Call:
This feature translates calls in real-time during a conversation, making it easier to communicate with people who speak different languages. It's currently available in 13 languages.
Circle to Search:
Samsung partnered with Google to bring a new search feature Circle to Search to Samsung Galaxy S24 searies is an innovative tool that enhances the user's search experience. This feature allows users to search for details about an image or text automatically by drawing a simple gesture on their screen.
Models and Pricing
The Galaxy S24 series models comes in three the flagship model, the S24 Ultra, along with the S24 and S24+. The base model S24 comes with 128GB storage and starts at $800 in the US. The phone also comes with an option for 256GB of storage.
The S24+ a midrange model comes with 256GB and 512GB of storage and start with a price tag of $1000 in the US which is $200 less than the S24 Ultra.
The high-end model, the S24 Ultra, comes with storage options of 256GB, 512GB and 1TB starting at $1300, making it the most expensive variant in this series. The price for the S24 Ultra increased by $100 from last year's S23 Ultra.
Design and Durability
The Galaxy S24 series continues with the sleek design that Samsung is known for. The one major change is the introduction of a titanium frame which is known for its strength and lightweight properties. The overall layout of the S24 series has been subtly refined compared to previous models. The sides of the phones are now straighter, giving the devices a more modern and streamlined look.
Like the previous series S23, the Galaxy S24 series maintains an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. This means the phones can withstand being submerged in up to 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes.
Better Display
